Conmemoramos el Día Internacional de la Mujer y el Mes de la Historia de la Mujer con un llamado mundial a un Pacto Social sobre Cuidados justo y consensuado. Comenzamos a demandar esto hace 3 años cuando la COVID-19 exacerbó la crisis global de los cuidados. Desde entonces, nuestros miembros han seguido multiplicando nuestras acciones para resaltar la necesidad de poner los cuidados al centro de las agendas políticas a nivel mundial.
We marked International Women´s Day and Women´s History Month with a global call for an all-agreed fair Social Pact on Care. We started advocating for this 3 years ago when Covid-19 exacerbated the global care crisis. Since then our members have continued to multiply our actions to highlight the need to put care at the center of the political agendas globally.
On 19 December 2022, the United Nations Biodiversity Conference, held in Montreal, ended with the adoption of the “Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework” (GBF), a landmark agreement on measures considered critical to address the dangerous loss of biodiversity and restore natural ecosystems.
Le 19 décembre 2022, la Conférence des Nations Unies sur la biodiversité, qui s'est tenue à Montréal, s'est terminée par l'adoption du « Cadre mondial pour la biodiversité de Kunming-Montréal » (CMB), un accord historique sur les mesures considérées comme essentielles pour lutter contre la perte dangereuse de biodiversité et restaurer les écosystèmes naturels.
El 19 de diciembre de 2022, la Conferencia de las Naciones Unidas sobre Biodiversidad, celebrada en Montreal, concluyó con la adopción del “Marco Global sobre Biodiversidad Kunming-Montreal” (GBF, por sus siglas en inglés), un acuerdo(link is external) histórico sobre medidas consideradas fundamentales para hacer frente a la peligrosa pérdida de diversidad biológica y restaurar los ecosistemas naturales.

The right has been described as providing “vital guardrails” against human rights violations and environmental harm.
